Auto-generated emails are sent immediately after payment is made to confirm payment has been received. Online bookings are not confirmed until a personalised email detailing that a booking is confirmed is sent by a member of our reservation team.
If we are unable to confirm the requested arrangements the deposit will be fully refundable.
If we accept your booking, we will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice. Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 30 days before the departure date. Please note that full payment may be required earlier for some selected trips i.e Classic Inca Trek. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
